2026 Baseball Evaluations

All players ages 8–12 are asked to attend their assigned time based on both age group and last name (see schedule below). Staggered arrival times help us avoid long lines and keep evaluations running smoothly.

What to Bring

Glove

Bat (if you have one, league will provide if not)

Helmet (if you have one, league will provide if not)

athletic shoes

Water bottle

Please arrive at your assigned time (not earlier) and check in upon arrival.

Evaluation Schedule

Age 7 players who are evaluating for AA & 8 year old players (11:00 – 11:42)

11:00 – Last Names A–H

11:14 – Last Names I–Q

11:28 – Last Names R–Z

Age 9 (11:42 – 12:24)

11:42 – A–H

11:56 – I–Q

12:10 – R–Z

Age 10 (12:24 – 1:06)

12:24 – A–H

12:38 – I–Q

12:52 – R–Z

Age 11 (1:06 – 1:48)

1:06 – A–H

1:20 – I–Q

1:34 – R–Z

Age 12 (1:48 – 2:30)

1:48 – A–H

2:02 – I–Q

2:16 – R–Z

What to Expect:

Players will rotate through evaluation stations including:

Fielding

Throwing

Hitting

Running

Catching (Optional at the end)
